The conference will explore the universal human experience of grief and our ability to cope with and assist others. Numerous factors influence how we process loss and how we choose to support ourselves and those struggling in their own grief journey, including culture, circumstances surrounding the loss, coping strategies, and many others. Conference sessions will explore theoretical foundations that inform our interventions, factors that influence, complicate, and contribute to our grief response, and strategies to support ourselves and others during difficult times of loss and grief. We will also examine the impact of the pandemic on our grieving process. Join us for a two-day event exploring this profoundly important and timely topic.

Concordia Graduate & Continuing Studies is an approved provider of social work continuing education for MN (MNBOSW) and ND (NDBSWE).

Conference attendance is equivalent to 8.5 CEUs. Participants must attend both days in order to receive the certificate of completion before leaving the event on May 19.
