Concordia Graduate & Continuing Studies is an approved provider of social work continuing education for MN (MNBSW) and ND (NDBSWE).

The NASW Code of Ethics was revised in 2017 with implementation in 2018. In recognition of the myriad of ways in which technology has impacted social work practice, the code of ethics has been revised to incorporate how those changes have also effected how we practice in a safe manner to meet the needs of our clients and communities. Understanding of these revisions is essential to be an effective practitioner.

Outcomes | Social Workers will:

Understand the revisions made to the code of ethics and how they impact their practice

Identify policy changes in their agency or organization in relation to the code of ethics

Ensure safe and ethical use of technology in their professional practice.
