Participants will have access to 13 conference sessions to attend as their schedules permit. Certificates of completion will be awarded for each individual session you attend and accessible in your account on completion.

We recommend beginning with Session One to view the "welcome" from Dr. Laurie Dahley, and learn about the conference format and what to expect from the experience.

Conference Overview |

Nearly 1 in 5 or 46.6 million Americans (NIH, 2017) are affected by mental health and substance abuse disorders each year, yet it's estimated less than half receive proper treatment. As professionals, our ability to perform appropriate assessments, and intervene effectively, will enable us to have a positive impact on our clients and in our communities. The conference will focus on trends, developments and specific strategies for dealing with the complexity of co-occurring conditions.

Join us for a powerful virtual conference benefiting all professionals working with addiction and behavioral health issues. We offer valuable insight from a variety of industry perspectives to heighten awareness and bring about positive change. Topics include co-occurring conditions in youth, assessment methods, ADHD in women, cross addictions, crisis intervention, acceptance and forgiveness in recovery, moral courage and more.

Conference Outcomes |

  • Identify assessment tools available for use with clients
  • Understand new intervention models and trends in mental health and addictions
  • Examine the stigma of these disorders and gain insight and understanding of the client experience

Each participant must create an individual account to have access to conference sessions. Create an account below or login to register!
