This short course will focus on social work roles and how misunderstanding of them might impact our clients and potentially their outcomes. We will also discss strategies to improve public awareness and educate other disciplines. Defining the roles we play, and the knowledge and skills we offer, will better serve our clients and others that serve them (1.5 CEU for successful completion).

Healthy boundaries and warning signs of blurred boundaries will be discussed, along with strategies for addressing boundary concerns and maintaining a healthy practice (1.5 CEUs for successful completion).
An online Revised Code of Ethics course, based on the NASW Code of Ethics, will give participants insights, guidance and direction to practice in a safe, effective and ethical manner with their clients. (2.0 CEUs for successful course completion)
